In recent years, the evolving high-grip tires have become able to obtain grip comparable to S tires, transmitting stress to the wheels. The 10-spoke design, allowing for an ideal layout, bounces back the stress of a 5-hole wheel. The suitable and best built design, which has been repeatedly found through analysis and shape review cultivated so far, is in fact the functional beauty.

Features
'M-SPEC' machining letters
To certify the ZE40M-SPEC, the rim flange is engraved with the ‘M-SPEC’ logo using the patented technology ‘A.M.T.’ (Advanced Machining Technology).
Center Cliff Design
The overhang design of the outer periphery of the bolt hole is effective in increasing the rigidity of the center part while reducing weight. In addition, it creates a shadow making the illusion of a deep center area. Also, necessary material is reduced to provide enough clearance for the nut wrench.
Spoke cross section born from analysis
The stress is dispersed by mating the areas of the mold for the ZE40. In addition, parts that are less likely to be affected are thoroughly lightened. The inner rim is also thickened to increase rigidity. These are the skills that RAYS advanced analysis technology can achieve.
Bronze Almite
Bronze Almite is a special color offered by RAYS for sports wheels. Adding a paint finish can increase the weight by an average of 80g to 120g. While the almite finish is difficult to achieve in a mold form forged wheel, this Bronze finish was selected to remove excess weight.
