The appearance of gorgeous orthodox sports in the VV series

“VV25R” is newly introduced in the VERSUS VV series, which has a sporty impression and is compatible with a wide range of domestic and European cars.Although it has a spacious 2×5 spoke design, the weight is reduced and the concave feel to the center is emphasized by boldly removing the waste where the spokes meet.In addition, by creating a height difference between the cross-sectional line of the spoke surface from the spoke surface to the center cap and the cross-sectional line connecting from the spoke side to the hole, the concave feel becomes even stronger.The outer periphery of the rim has accents created by machining.Furthermore, the glass black has RAP (RAYS ART PAINTING) to emphasize the sporty impression.

“VERSUS” machining logo on the flange. RAYS’ proud patented technology “Advanced Machining Technology -A.M.T.” machining technology that reproduces delicate designs on three-dimensional curved surfaces. At Ray’s, we designed and developed everything from the machine tool to the cutting edge in-house to ensure this technique.In addition, the black chrome coating makes the logo part shine in a prismatic color due to the light refraction effect.

RAYS Art Painting

For the glass black, we have added “Rays Art Painting”, an innovative technology that enables coloring of the machining parts using RAYS’ patented technology “A.M.T.”

The red accent color that stands out against the sparkling glass black emphasizes the sports model.

Concave Design

A bold hole is made in the gathering part of the authentic 2×5 spokes, which reduces unnecessary weight and contributes to weight reduction.Also, by creating a height difference in the shape of the spokes, the concave design is accentuated.

Knurling finish

The knurling on the bead seat suppresses the misalignment of the wheel and tire that tends to occur when large traction is applied, minimizing traction loss and changes in tire balance.
