VV21S CRAFT COLLECTION
Matte Diamond Cut/Side Matte Graphite debut
The VV21S successfully responds to today’s diversifying modern car styles, including sedans, station wagons and SUVs. The VV21S was produced by redefining what orthodox wheels for adult vehicles should be involving advanced design details. And now, a new color, Matte Diamond Cut/Side Matte Graphite, debuts as part of the Versus Craft Collection and invites the way that such wheels should be to a higher level. As a new model of the special collection provided for many years under Versus, we particularly focused on the surface machining and sharp impression at various sections this time; and we adopted the finish for which the impression is clearly different from the standard colors in the lineup. The new model clearly differs from genuine wheels and also the cutting work of the top panels makes the expression of the spokes, which remarkably curve toward the center as a characteristic of VV21S, more outstanding. The wheels fully covered with matte texture are exactly the choice for smart adults.

Matte Diamond Cut/Side Matte Graphite
The surface treatment adopted this time makes the contrast between the light and the shade clearly different from the standard colors used on the VV21S. By focusing on surface machining and emphasizing sharpness, the unique individuality of the VV21S’s spokes, which round toward the center, is accentuated and its three-dimensional beauty is more appealing.
Relief pockets
Our latest analysis technology created the relief pockets (pierced holes) on the sides of the spokes. Cutting away unnecessary sections directly links to weight reduction. We calculated sections on which such cutting is possible as well as shapes that enable such weight reduction without sacrificing strength and rigidity. We turned such processing into an attractive design. The details can be said to be functional beauty.
From the concave
The VV21S features spokes that are rounded toward the center to secure caliper clearance. The spokes extended to the flange and the cone-shaped concave are the important structure of this wheel model professing to be cutting-edge basic, trendy wheels.
A.M.T. : Advanced Machining Technology
The logo ‘VERSUS’ machined on the wheel rim by RAYS’ patented technology Advanced Machining Technology (A.M.T.), which the company takes great pride in, is a true sign of authenticity. The delicately engraved ‘Made in Japan’ adds a three-dimensional effect that serves as an accent further enhancing the high quality of the VV21S.
