TE37V-PRO

Improved control performance, the PRO model of TE37V has arrived.

14 years have passed since the birth of the TE37V. During this time, vehicle weight reduction, engine output increases, and the development of high-grip tires have all progressed. The know-how gained from global sprint and endurance races, as well as all types of racing scenes, has been incorporated into product development. “The concept is racing.” This is the foundation of RAYS wheel development. The pro model, TE37V-PRO, inherits the design and lightweight features of the existing TE37V while enhancing strength and rigidity.

Features

TE37V-PRO exclusive decal

The TE37V-PRO comes with a custom decal sheet. It can be used for marking wheel installation positions or set quantities, allowing owners to apply them according to their preferences and usage scenarios.

Proof of 'PRO'

Using RAYS patented A.M.T. technology, machined lettering has been applied to the spoke surface. The subtly engraved ‘TE37V-PRO’ lettering asserts that this is an evolved model.

9% increase in strength and rigidity

By increasing the vertical cross-section (thickness) of the spokes, lateral rigidity against the vehicle has been improved. This reduces disk deflection, resulting in sharper steering feel and enhanced vehicle control performance.

Thorough weight reduction

Using the latest analysis technologies, weight reduction was maximized through strategic machining of the center circle. As a result, the overall strength and rigidity of the wheel have been increased, while successfully keeping the weight low. The lightweight nature of the base model TE37V has been preserved, while adding the performance required for today’s sports scenes.

Knurling Finish

To suppress slip between the tire and wheel, which can occur under heavy traction, a knurling process has been applied to the bead seat area. This enhances the tire’s performance to its fullest potential. This is another example of race wheel know-how being incorporated into the design.
