Hub fit collar for Import Car

What is a hub collar?

In the center of the wheel, there is a hole called “center bore” to let the hub on the car side escape.

In the case of imported car wheels, bolts are used for mounting, so there is also a size dedicated to the car model that the center bore diameter of the wheel is set to fit the car side. In order to increase versatility, many commercially available aluminum wheels have a center bore set with a diameter larger than the hub on the car side.

In that case, a gap will be created between the hub on the car side and the center bore of the wheel.

There is a hub fit collar to fill the gap, and by installing it, it will lead to the steering wheel runout at high speeds and the reduction of the burden on the hub bolt.
