AZURE 57DNA
Technical and design expertise unrecognizable at first glance
As part seven of the AZURE Series, “57DNA” harmonizes the toughness and lightness pursued by the Gram Lights brand with high stylishness that matches the latest car designs. Employing authentic 2 x 5 spokes, the top panel pair of spokes was made uneven, while the thickness and flow lines of the spokes themselves vary, achieving a lively, stereoscopic impression. The shape is so complicated that the surface cannot be machined by standard diamond cutting, therefore RAYS patented technology “Hybrid Machining” is fully utilized to finish the surface, bringing about a rich feel that further highlights the design’s beauty. Though it may appear ordinary at first glance, it is in fact formidably original. Simple expressions were applied generally to harness the most advanced technology in the 57DNA, the ideal contemporary wheels designed to match diverse car models, from sports cars to SUVs.

Features
Hybrid Machining 1
The spokes that naturally draw arcs dynamically descend from the rim flange to the center. The flow line changes abruptly towards the deepest point. This flow and surface cutting merge without interruption. The state-of-the-art detail can only be realized by RAYS proprietary Hybrid Machining.
Hybrid Machining 2
For each pair of spokes, one has the concave highlighted, while the other expresses lively motion. The top panel height is made uneven and the surface is precisely machined by Hybrid Machining, which involves a specially developed edge. The shade changes depending on the angle from which it is viewed, making the creative spokes more expressive.
